I stayed in a Standard Double Room. The room was very clean and spacious, offering a comfortable rest area. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located in the basement, providing easy access to necessities.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

This hotel offers a direct bus to Narita Airport. It proves very advantageous. The concierge service desk is efficient. The guest services on level 45 are really professional. Bell services were very obliging.
Hallway to my room had a garbage smell for the initial days. I mentioned it. Staff organized to have it fixed.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location near the subway station. The direct bus service to Narita Airport is a significant convenience. The concierge, guest services on level 45, and bell services are very professional. They provided obliging assistance throughout my stay.
The kettle was not clean upon arrival, requiring a replacement.

The location was convenient. i found it easy to reach the tokyo metro. the hotel also provided easy access to taxis. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff was efficient in clearing tables.
The hotel is a large chain type. it felt impersonal and cold. there was no in-room laundry service. The self-service machines were few. these machines were often occupied for extended periods.

the location is quite convenient. it's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. the staff were cute and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and well equipped.
the shower room was disappointing. it seemed like it was not renovated recently. the bath itself was small and had a curtain. i have not seen this at other hotels i have stayed at during my time here.
